Robin Dando

Associate Professor

Robin Dando serves as an Associate Editor and a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Food Science since February 2020. Dando has been an Associate Professor and previously an Assistant Professor at Cornell University since July 2012, focusing on sensory evaluation, molecular biology, and genome sequencing, along with teaching responsibilities. An advisory role has been held at Spero Foods since July 2018, and prior experience includes a postdoctoral associate position at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from June 2008 to July 2012. Dando's educational background includes a BSc in Physics from Sheffield Hallam University, an MSc in Nanotechnology from The University of Sheffield, a PhD in Physics from the University of South Florida, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
