Bianca Bender is an experienced professional in user experience and design, currently serving as the Head of UX at Cornelsen Verlag GmbH since October 2020, with prior roles as Interim Head of UX and Team Lead UX. Additionally, Bianca founded Design Research Company in 2010 and has been involved in strategic design and innovation as a Senior Consultant at diffferent from January 2016 to October 2020. Bianca holds a Diplom in Design from the Köln International School of Design.
