Cornelson Advisory turns early AI experimentation into firm-wide fluency.

Most AI initiatives stall after the pilot. A few champions get excited, leadership sees a demo, and then adoption plateaus. Cornelson Advisory exists to solve that gap.

Founded by Rivers Cornelson, who led one of the largest AI rollouts in professional services (8,000+ professionals, 90%+ sustained adoption at a Top 10 firm), the firm embeds directly with client teams to build AI capability that lasts.

The approach is hands-on, vendor-agnostic, and built on real client workflows. Not slide decks. Not generic training. Actual fluency built on actual work.

Three service tiers:

AI Fluency Program: A 6–8 week phased rollout. Champion training, workflow building on real files, and a self-sustaining internal adoption community.

AI Clarity Workshop: A 1–2 day intensive for leadership teams. Clear-eyed AI strategy without vendor noise.

Embedded AI Advisory: Ongoing monthly support. Office hours, workflow optimization, and a direct line.

Every engagement is security-first, champion-driven, and designed to leave the team self-sufficient.
