Andrea Nicolini

Andrea Nicolini has a diverse range of work experience in the field of network engineering. Andrea started their career in 2006 as a Presale Cisco IP Communication Specialist and VoIP Engineer at Team Sistemi per Comunicare Gruppo Infracom. Andrea then worked as a Network Administrator at Lidl Italia, where they provided support for the installation and maintenance of network devices and IP telephony systems. In 2008, they joined AKKA Technologies as a Consultant and also worked as a System Engineer at Alstom, where they designed and tested IP networks for tram and railway transport projects. Andrea then worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Alascom Services, where they designed and implemented IP networks using technologies such as VoIP, wireless, switching, and security. Andrea also worked as an IT Manager Consultant at Poliver SpA. In 2010, they joined b! and served as a System Engineer and Network Team Leader at Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Integrata in Verona. Andrea also designed and deployed LAN networks for Azienda Ospedaliera in Val Camonica. From 2012 to 2020, they worked as a Consulente Tecnico d'Ufficio (CTU) and Perito Tecnico at Tribunale di Verona. Since 2014, they have been working at Cornèr Banca SA, initially as a Senior Network Engineer and later promoted to the role of Senior Network Engineer - Officer and Senior Network Engineer - Senior Officer (Assistant Vice President).

Andrea Nicolini has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Parma, which they obtained between 1995 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico from 1989 to 1994, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. Andrea completed their elementary education at Scuola Elementari Agli Angeli from 1981 to 1986. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in October 2015, and various technical certifications from Dell, Avaya Learning Center, and Cisco. These certifications were obtained at different times between 2007 and 2015.
