Andrea Dedrick is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in property management and accounting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Corner Property Management since September 2023, Andrea previously held the same title at Cummings Properties from June 2022 to June 2023. Additionally, Andrea spent over a decade as CFO and Senior Vice President at Access Property Management from October 2009 to July 2021. Andrea began a career at Amper, Politziner & Mattia, progressing to Senior Manager from October 1991 to October 2009. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1989.
