Lucy's career began in accounting, with foundational roles at BMW UK, including SAP Finance Implementation Project Manager and Management Accountant, where responsibilities involved transitioning legacy systems and conducting financial reporting. Additional experience includes positions at JLL, Gearbulk, and Brown & Root Vickers, showcasing a progressive career across various financial functions and industries.
