Megan Johnstone is a dedicated HR professional currently working as a People Administrator at Cornerstone since September 2023. Previously, Megan served as a Human Resources Intern at Network Rail in July 2023, where a valuable relationship was formed with the Head of Trade Union disputes after attending the National Conference in April 2023, demonstrating strong networking and negotiation skills. Prior experience includes a role as Research Project Leader at The Armitage Foundation, where strategy development addressed educational disparities for disadvantaged students, and as a Sports Coach at 360 Sports Education Ltd, which enhanced communication and teamwork abilities. Megan holds a BA in Primary Education from the University of Reading, completed in July 2023, following education at Garth Hill College.
