Will Scrimshaw

Will Scrimshaw is a pragmatic and commercial General Counsel with over 20 years of experience in the technology, media, telecoms, and life sciences sectors. They have held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Microsoft and BenevolentAI, where they played a pivotal role in taking the company public through a deSPAC business combination. They currently serve as Deputy General Counsel at Cornerstone. Will has a law degree from the University of Bristol and is pursuing the LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. Additionally, they are a trustee at FoodCycle and were recognized as Microsoft’s Pro Bono Volunteer of the Year for their contributions to Kids in Need of Defense UK.
