Zoe Edwards is an experienced organisational development leader currently serving as the Organisational Development Lead at Cornerstone (CTIL) since September 2022, where responsibilities include providing strategic and operational direction for key projects and developing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy. Prior to this role, Zoe held various positions at Thames Water from August 2010 to September 2022, including Head of HR - Wastewater, where Zoe was responsible for strategic direction for the Wastewater business, and Senior HR Business Partner, among other HR-focused roles. Zoe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Farnborough College of Technology and has additional educational qualifications from Farnborough College of Technology and Reading College.
