Kourtney Piepenburg

Kourtney Piepenburg is currently the Director at Cornerstone Advisors. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Digital Officer and V.P. Strategic Project Management at Falcon National Bank from June 2015 to September 2021. There, they realigned the role to focus on digital needs driven by COVID-19. Kourtney developed a 3-year digital roadmap including digital products, skillsets required to support products, and preparation needs for the next core conversion. Kourtney also conducted market research to identify consumer and business customer needs. Lastly, they managed deep-dive demos, functionality assessments, contract negotiations, development of implementation timelines and understanding of integrations and connections. Before Falcon National Bank, Kourtney was a Senior Product Manager at Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions from September 2004 to May 2015.

Kourtney Piepenburg is a finance major at St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School. Kourtney is expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
