Mitch Hoogland

Mitch Hoogland has over six years of experience in business development, sales, and recruitment. Mitch began their career in 2015 as an Account Manager and IT Recruiter at Recruitment Management Consultants (RMC). In 2017, they moved to SalesPad as a Business Development Representative. In 2019, they joined Proos as a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for North America. Currently, they are a Business Development Manager at Cornerstone Automation Systems, LLC (CASI).

Mitch Hoogland is currently attending The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from Central Michigan University in 2015, with a field of study in Information System. Mitch also holds a certification from National Seminars Training in How to Communicate with Tract, Professionalism and Diplomacy, which they obtained in 2015. Before that, they attended Calvin Christian High School from 2007 to 2011.
