The Cornerstone Bank leadership team has a history of experience in the banking and financial industry. Members of the team have worked as executives and managers at various banks and financial institutions, including Passumpsic Savings Bank, Chittenden Bank, People's United Bank, National City Corporation, and Commerce Bank & Trust Company. The team also has experience in human resources, with members having worked as HR directors and managers at companies such as TD, Injectronics Inc., and C&M Corporation. In addition to their work experience, members of the team have also completed degrees in economics, psychology, finance, accounting, and human resources from Ithaca College, Northeastern University, Suffolk University, Assumption University, and the University of Wisconsin.
