Brennan Cropper currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Cornerstone Capital Bank, where leadership encompasses software and data engineering, quality assurance, and program management within a $2B bank. Since January 2021, Brennan has played a pivotal role in driving IT maturity, modernizing data and analytics, and fostering a culture of innovation. Previously, as Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Capital One, Brennan led large teams through transformative technology initiatives in both Auto Finance Servicing and Sales & Originations, receiving notable accolades for excellence. Brennan’s earlier experience includes key technical roles at Intuit, Banc of America Securities, and Nortel, contributing significantly to software architecture and development across various high-impact projects. Brennan holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
