Stacey Dunbar has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Stacey began their career as the Director of Nursing at a clinical long term acute care facility, where they implemented programs to reduce rehospitalization rates. Stacey then joined ProMedica as a Divisional Performance Improvement Consultant, conducting surveys and implementing performance improvement plans in healthcare facilities across ten states. Stacey also worked at HCR ManorCare as a Quality Assurance Consultant, where they collected data and identified trends to establish improvement plans. Most recently, they were a Divisional Quality Regulatory Consultant at Promedica Sr. Care, where they prepared surveys, developed executive reports, and worked with facility leaders to achieve 5-star quality ratings. In 2023, Stacey Dunbar was appointed as the Chief Quality Officer at Cornerstone Care Community Health Centers.

Stacey Dunbar completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Allegheny College from 2003 to 2007. Stacey then attended the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Shadyside School of Nursing from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Nursing, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In 2009, Stacey obtained their RN certification from the Pennsylvania Nursing Board.
