Robert E. Pfeil

Robert E. Pfeil has a strong background in human resources, with experience in both the financial and educational sectors. From 2014 to present, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for employee relations, labor relations, grievance administration, benefit development and administration, as well as employment, recruitment, and payroll administration. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Niagara University, where their roles included employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, benefit administration, and the development of a wage and salary administration program. Additionally, they were a co-founder of a benefits consortium for higher education.

Robert E. Pfeil completed their education at the University at Buffalo, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from 1969 to 1972. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Buffalo from 1972 to 1973.
