Maria Marta Rainero

As Chairwoman of the Board and majority owner of Cornerstone, Marta looks forward to continuing the momentum of growth Cornerstone has had over the past 35+ years in becoming one of the nation’s largest integrated healthcare real estate companies. Marta’s focus is driving the growth of Cornerstone’s construction platform through financial objectives, accounting and team engagement. Working on corporate policy, top corporate management support and establishing a supplier diversity program will be important areas of concentration. Marta is a member of Cornerstone’s finance committee and employee engagement committee.

Marta has been involved in commercial and residential real estate for over 20 years managing the books of various entrepreneurial pursuits of her family. Marta specialized in mathematics and her passion for numbers led to her years of experience. Born and raised in Argentina, Marta embraces her Spanish culture and heritage. She mastered in translation and formerly owned her own company which provided translation and interpreting services in the Indiana court system.
