People are the cornerstone of every great business.

But for small and medium businesses, hiring a full-time HR resource often doesn’t stack up — and that’s how people and culture slip into the “too hard basket.”

That’s where we come in.

At Cornerstone Consulting Group, we’re your dedicated HR partner. We embed into your business, helping you handle the day-to-day people challenges and building the long-term structures that let you grow — without the cost of hiring in-house.

With over 30 years’ experience across industries like tourism, hospitality, healthcare, technology, energy, retail, transport and trades, we bring practical, tailored HR support that’s built for how SMEs actually operate.

We believe HR shouldn’t slow you down. It should help you scale with confidence.

Here’s what we help our clients with:

* On-demand advice for workplace or HR issues — big or small
* Compliance with Modern Awards, the Fair Work Act, and National Employment Standards
* Developing smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
* Creating and tailoring policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines
* Handling performance issues and coaching managers through tough conversations
* Running or supporting performance reviews
* Advising on wellbeing, quality, and compliance initiatives
* Designing and delivering training and development programs
* Recruitment — finding and securing the right people
* Checking the pulse of your culture and engagement

Let us take care of your HR — so you can focus on running and growing your business.
