Darcelle Wilson is the Vice President of Human Resources at Cornerstone Defense. Darcelle has over fifteen years of experience working in the development field for various nonprofits.

Wilson started their career with The Salvation Army National Headquarters where they served as the National Assistant Director of Development from August 2013 to October 2015. In this role, they were responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing major gift strategies focused on international programs. Wilson was also responsible for devising, implementing, and managing effective innovative and often original strategies designed to individually and systematically interest, engage, and secure key prospects to meet or exceed funding goals.

In February 2010, Wilson became the Director of Individual Giving at Habitat for Humanity International. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a strategic focus on closing five and six-figure commitments from high net-worth individuals, managing a portfolio of approximately 150 qualified relationships in the Washington DC region. Wilson was also responsible for routinely engaging board members, organization executives and current donors in peer-prospect identification, visits, and six figure closings. Additionally, they were responsible for identifying new volunteers to help market the Habitat model to new constituents and mentoring, advising and working with four affiliate-level development officers seeking funding in their respective communities.

Darcelle Wilson reports to Christopher Goodrich, Chief Executive Officer & President. They work with William Bradley - Founder, Patrick Palmer - Chief Growth Officer, and Steve Niezgoda - COO.
