Vincent Erb

Vincent Erb has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vincent currently works as an Information System Security Engineer at Cornerstone Defense, where they assess and mitigates system security threats and risks. Vincent also manages the accreditation process for systems and provides specialized support to various technical analysts.

Previously, Vincent worked as a Program Manager/Acquisition Analyst at S2 Analytical Solutions, LLC, where they developed and managed Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and miscellaneous obligation reimbursement documents. Vincent collaborated with various stakeholders to develop and maintain requirements, decomposed requirements into activity diagrams, and provided expertise in the development of acquisition packages.

Other positions Vincent held include Project Manager at SGIS, Consultant, Project Management at ProObject, where they supported systems engineering as a requirements management engineer and led projects through the Information Systems Certification and Accreditation Process.

Vincent Erb's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Vincent obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Russian from the Defense Language Institute from 1998 to 2003. Vincent also received an Associate in Applied Science degree in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force from 1999 to 2001, and another Associate in Applied Science degree in Transportation from 1986 to 1996.

In 2018, they received the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the Practitioner certification from the Defense Acquisition University. In 2011, they became Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) v3 Intermediate Certified, Lifecycle Service Transition from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Vincent also obtained the Basic Information Systems Acquisition certification from the Defense Acquisition University in 2008, along with the Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management certification.
