Anna Nesterchuk currently serves as the Managing Partner for Cornerstone International Group in Ukraine, a role held since April 2019, specializing in executive search, career navigation support, and coaching for leaders within a globally recognized talent solutions firm. Additionally, Anna has been the Managing Partner at Business Active, a recruitment company established in 2008, focusing on executive search and C-suite recruitment with a strong emphasis on value alignment between clients and candidates. Prior experience includes serving as the HR Director at LUXOPTICA Holding Ukraine from April 2005 to September 2008. Anna Nesterchuk holds a specialist degree in Psychology from Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
