Deepak Panda is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in growth strategy and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Strategea, Deepak focuses on assisting family-owned businesses in achieving their goals by addressing growth challenges and operational bottlenecks. As Business Head for Growth and Transformation at BMGI since February 2012, Deepak specializes in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity and supply chain agility. Additionally, as Managing Partner at Cornerstone International Group, Deepak supports performance management and leadership development. Previous leadership roles include CEO of MAX-Security Solutions Ltd. in India, and positions at HDFC Bank, i2i, ICICI Bank, and Sify. Deepak holds a PGDM in Marketing and IT from Symbiosis and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Utkal University.
