Guillermo Segura

Guillermo Segura has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. Guillermo is currently serving as the Managing Director & Partner at Cornerstone International Group, where they offer consulting services in talent recruitment and coaching solutions. Prior to this, Guillermo worked at CBC as the Corporate Director - Commercial CoE (Center of Excellence), where they designed and implemented a successful commercial strategy. Guillermo has also served as the CEO & General Manager at Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala, overseeing operations in the spirits and wines industry. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at GRUPO TECUN, Molinos Modernos, Procter & Gamble, SigmaQ, and Avon throughout their career. Overall, Guillermo has a wealth of experience in executive management, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Guillermo Segura obtained an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in 1991. Guillermo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating in 2007.
