Stelios Pigadiotis has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. STELIOS is currently the Managing Partner and Founder of the Middle East Practice Region at Cornerstone International Group since 2020. Alongside this role, they are also an HBS GMP Ambassador for Harvard Business School since 2020, where they promote the General Management Program and assists with the application process. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Partner at Hofstede Insights MENA from 2019 to 2020, specializing in organizational culture analysis. From 2016 to 2020, Stelios served as Partner and Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice Leader for the Middle East & Greater China at Stanton Chase International. Before that, they were a Strategy & People Development Expert and Managing Partner - Entrepreneur at Scout-Global, where they focused on sales excellence, resilience culture, and leadership development from 2014 to 2016. Stelios Pigadiotis also has extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at dynargie from 2004 to 2014, as well as a Managing Director - Entrepreneur at MAX MEDIA & WELLMAN MANAGEMENT ADVISORY from 2002 to 2004. Furthermore, they worked as an Investment Banking Executive at Marfin Investment Group (MIG) from 1999 to 2002, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Stelios began their career as a Senior Management Consultant at NOSIS Business Solutions & Consulting from 1998 to 1999 and worked as a Knowledge Exchange Coordinator at Accenture in 1993.

Stelios Pigadiotis completed their education at various institutions. In 1994, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Business/Political Science and a minor in History of Classical Music from Northeastern University. STELIOS then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and Corporate Finance from The American College of Greece in 2002.

In 2019, Stelios enrolled in the General Management Program GMP27 at Harvard Business School. In the same year, they also received a certificate of professional development from Hogan Assessment Systems. In 2022, they completed a short intensive program at Harvard University focused on the Business of AI and Digital Transformation.

Stelios holds various additional certifications, including accreditation as an Intercultural Management Practitioner from Hofstede Insights in 2018, and being a certified MBTI master practitioner from OPP in 2008. STELIOS is also a Certified Financial Analyst, accredited by the Economic Chamber of Greece in 2004.

Furthermore, Stelios completed the TKI Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument in 2008, and the Leadership Style Analysis Questionnaire (LSA) and the Leadership Versatile Index® in the same year. STELIOS also completed the Talent Q Psychometric Tool in 2016 and the Leadership European Academy program organized by JCI (Junior Chamber International) in 1997.
