Kiana Sheridan is an experienced professional in recruitment and event services. Currently serving as a Compliance Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator at CMR | Cornerstone Medical Recruitment since October 2022, Kiana plays a crucial role in managing candidate compliance and facilitating communication between clients and candidates in the Aged Care, Acute, and Doctors sectors. With a background as a Candidate Manager and Candidate Care Coordinator, Kiana has extensive experience in onboarding and managing candidates in the medical field. In addition, Kiana founded Winter Reign Events in February 2021, offering videography, face painting, and fortune-telling services in South East Queensland for various events. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Peikko Australia, where Kiana advanced from a warehouse role to manage customer service and sales order processing. Kiana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2014, and a High School Diploma from Canterbury College in 2011.
