Rachael Devin

Rachael Devin is the National General Manager - Operations at Cornerstone Medical Recruitment. Previously, Rachael held the role of Service Delivery Director - Asia Pacific at Hays from July 2008 to March 2023. Prior to that, Rachael had various roles within different business units at Hays from 1999 to 2008. Rachael graduated from QUT with a Graduate Certificate in Business (Management) from March 2020 to July 2022. Rachael's responsibilities include managing ISO certifications across regions and implementing business process improvements to meet changing customer needs.
