Elena R. Garcia

Elena Garcia directs and provides strategic oversight for Cornerstone Research’s human resources activities, including employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, benefits design, policy development, and immigration, as well as recruiting, learning, and development for the firm’s corporate teams. She is a member of the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.

Ms. Garcia has more than twenty years of experience in recruiting, talent management, and development. Prior to working at Cornerstone Research, she served as chief of human resources at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Before that, she worked for thirteen years at APCO Worldwide, starting as human resources manager and rising to senior vice president for human resources. Her focus included the development of people strategies and programs to increase retention and engagement, including leadership on diversity efforts to create inclusive workplace environments.
