Matt Goldstick has a diverse work experience, starting as a Leasing Coordinator at Roland Realty in 2006. Matt then worked as a Manager at Station211 and Gully's from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant and worked there until 2010. During this time, they gained experience in audits and quality assurance services. In 2010, they became a Trainer at Atlas Performance, where they specialized in CrossFit training. Matt also became a Board Member & Treasurer at Links - North Shore Youth Health Service, a nonprofit organization empowering young people. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Financial Manager at Cornerstone Restaurant Group, gaining comprehensive industry perspective. In 2015, they joined EY again, this time as a Transaction Advisory Services Manager, where they provided professional transaction experience to clients. Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Principal at Cornerstone Restaurant Group, where they utilized their expertise in financial management and brand licensing for the hospitality industry.
Matt Goldstick completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of Virginia from 2007 to 2008. In August 2010, they obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
