Rodney Ashby is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruitment and client management, currently serving as Managing Principal at Cornerstone RPO since February 2005. In this role, Rodney provides leadership and oversight for all engagements, while also guiding business development efforts with expertise in recruiting strategies and project execution. Prior to this, roles included Senior Consultant at Empyrean Management Group, where Rodney excelled in client management and developed recruiting processes for Fortune 500 clients, and Team Lead/Sr. Technical Recruiter at Analysts International, overseeing a recruitment team and managing full lifecycle recruiting. Additional experience encompasses significant contributions in executive recruitment at ICF Consulting and various roles focused on staffing and relationship management at Empyrean Management Group and TEKsystems. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
