Josh Odom

Josh Odom has a diverse work experience in various software development roles. Josh started their career in 2010 as an IT Intern at the Missouri Department of Transportation. After that, they worked as an IT Developer at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources from 2013 to 2015, where they developed and maintained web applications using various technologies.

In 2015, they joined MidwayUSA as an Application Developer. During their time there, they worked on system services and was responsible for code reviews, system enhancements, maintenance, and rewriting applications using the latest technologies. Josh also took on the role of SharePoint administrator and guided team members through successful deployments.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Web Application Developer at Veterans United Home Loans and then joined the Missouri Department of Conservation as an Application Specialist. In 2019, they joined TEKsystems as a Senior Application Developer before moving on to CARFAX as a Web Application Developer.

Their most recent role was as a Senior Software Engineer at RSI from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Consultant at CSG.

Josh Odom has a strong education background in the field of computer science. Josh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the State Technical College of Missouri from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming.

In addition to their formal education, Josh has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in "Accessibility for Web Design" from LinkedIn. Josh is currently working towards obtaining the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" certification from Microsoft, which is expected to be completed in April 2023. Alongside these certifications, Josh is also pursuing the "CompTIA Project+ - Project Management Certification."
