Nicki Smith

Nicki Smith is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical coordination and case management. Currently serving as the Quality Clinical Coordinator at Cornerstone VNA since June 2019, Nicki previously held the role of Case Manager II at Centene Corporation from September 2017 to June 2019 and worked as the Director of Nursing at BrightStar Care for a brief period in 2017. Nicki's career at Cornerstone VNA began in January 2000 as the Staff Education Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing staff training and development until December 2016. Nicki holds an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from New Hampshire Technical Institute, earned between 1996 and 1998.
