Balaji Waghmare

Balaji Waghmare is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Product Design Team Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand since April 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior UX Designer at Saba Software from May 2016 to April 2020 and as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Innoplexus between July 2015 and May 2016. Balaji also held Senior UI/UX Designer positions at Decos Software Development and worked as a UI/UX Designer at Clarice Technologies earlier in their career. Balaji's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Design (2008-2011) and a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Applied Arts from the Government School of Art Aurangabad (2004-2008).
