Kristin Torrence

Kristin Torrence is a seasoned professional in learning experience design and product management, currently serving as the Lead XR LXD and Product Manager for Companion AI at Cornerstone OnDemand following its acquisition of Talespin in March 2024. Kristin's previous role as Head of Learning Engineering at Talespin involved advising clients on VR module testing and developing a learning analytics strategy. Kristin has extensive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, contributing to projects at organizations such as Year Up, Mindset Works, and Grads of Life, where Kristin created various learning programs and courses. Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive Studies in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
