Ramesh Muraleedharan

Ramesh Muraleedharan is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in leading technical teams and developing innovative solutions. Since December 2015, Ramesh has served as Lead Principal Software Engineer at Cornerstone OnDemand, focusing on cross-cutting problems and building a distributed framework for data movement across AWS regions. Prior roles at Cornerstone include Software Architect, where Ramesh successfully transitioned the flagship product to AWS, and Principal Software Engineer, where Ramesh developed multi-tenant service frameworks and secure authentication systems. Ramesh also contributed to YP as a Senior Software Engineer, enhancing system performance, and has experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Minitab and as a Grader at Rochester Institute of Technology. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and further education from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
