Salar Behdad

Salar Behdad is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Cornerstone OnDemand since January 2014, Behdad previously held the title of Lead Software Engineer at Myspace, where leadership of a team of up to 10 engineers was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Software Developer positions at Countrywide Home Loans and Melli Yellow Pages, with a focus on developing and enhancing web and desktop applications. Behdad founded Pejvak Computers Inc., fulfilling the dual role of President and Software Developer, and managed all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Behdad holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Shiraz University, where high academic achievement was recognized.
