Sean Armstrong

Sean Armstrong currently serves as the Head of Global Payroll at Cornerstone OnDemand, overseeing payroll processes for over 4,000 employees across 25 countries. With extensive experience in human resource outsourcing and payroll management, Armstrong has held various leadership roles, including President and Owner of SLAA Strong Service Inc., and Global Program Manager at Spencer Thomas Group. Additionally, Armstrong has worked as a Global Portfolio Lead at NGA Human Resources and as Division Vice President at Conduent, where responsibilities included managing client relations and profit and loss functions in diverse operational areas. Armstrong's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/COINS from Charleston Southern University and further studies at the Florida Institute of Technology.
