Allison Draper

Allison Draper has a diverse work experience history. Allison started their career at Hartwick College as a Work Study in the Theatre Department, where they gained experience in set design, equipment transportation, and lighting setup. Allison then worked as a Front Desk Associate at Microtel Inn & Suites, focusing on providing excellent guest experiences and managing reservations. Allison later joined Mosaic Sales Solutions as a Samsung Experience Consultant, assisting customers with device troubleshooting and building relationships with store employees. At Best Buy, Allison worked as a Sales Associate. Allison then transitioned to Alternatives Federal Credit Union, where they held roles as a Member Experience Associate and a Loan Administration Representative. In these positions, Allison focused on attention to detail, effective communication, and maintaining knowledge of loan coding and rates. Following this, they worked at CTG - Computer Task Group as a Project Administrator, tracking and monitoring employee training and overseeing various projects. Currently, Allison is with Corning Incorporated as a Sustainability & Environmental Analyst and Project Lead. Allison Draper completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2021 to 2024, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainable Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2015, majoring in Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a specific degree. In addition to their academic achievements, Allison obtained a certification as a Notary Public from The State of New York in March 2017.
