Bill Sebelle

Bill Sebelle is an accomplished leader in facilities engineering and project management, holding various senior roles at Corning Incorporated since 2001, including Director of Facilities Engineering and the Project Management Office. With a strong background in capital projects and process improvements, Bill has co-chaired Corning's Project Management Council and overseen significant capital expansion initiatives within the Environmental Technologies Division. Prior experience includes managerial positions at World Kitchen, LLC, and earlier roles at Corning, where significant contributions were made to process efficiency and quality enhancement. Bill's career began with service as a Signal Corps Officer in the US Army, achieving high rankings among peers.
