Process Project Lead at Corning

Ching-Han Lin has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and project management. From 2014 to present, Ching-Han worked at Corning Incorporated, where they served in various roles including Process Project Lead, Sr. Process Engineer, and Project Leader. In these positions, they were responsible for leading technology transfer projects, developing new materials and processes, optimizing yield and quality, and managing budgets and schedules. Prior to that, Ching-Han worked at Solar Applied Materials Technology Corp as an R&D engineer, where they focused on material composition, process flow design, and improving yield rates.

Ching-Han Lin completed their education in the field of Materials Science and Engineering. Ching-Han obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from National Tsing Hua University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the same university from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ching-Han Lin has obtained several certifications. Ching-Han obtained the Manufacturing Engineering Excellence Facilitator certification from a company called "康康公司" in January 2019. In January 2018, they received the DMAIC Green Belt Certification from the same institution. In January 2017, Ching-Han Lin obtained the Process Control and Process Discipline facilitator certification from the same company. Ching-Han also holds TRIZ level 1 certification from the Taiwan TRIZ association, obtained in December 2015, and the CQT certification from the China Quality Society, obtained in March 2015.
