Kaitlyn Neal

Kaitlyn Neal is currently serving as an HRLDP Specialist at Corning Incorporated since September 2023, following a role as an Employee Data Specialist at Dart Container from April to August 2023. Prior to that, Kaitlyn gained experience as an HR LDP Intern at Sazerac Company from May to December 2022 and as a Community Assistant at Campus Advantage from August 2021 to May 2022. Kaitlyn's early career includes internships in human resources at Therma-Tru Doors, Daman Products Company, Inc., and Abbott, where responsibilities included managing employee files, planning events, and overseeing onboarding processes. Kaitlyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
