Mao Chen

Mao Chen has over 14 years of experience in various IT roles. Starting in 2005, Mao worked as the MFG Application Supervisor at SGMW, where they were responsible for deploying IT systems to vehicle and powertrain plants. From 2008 to 2012, Mao worked at VIA Information Tools as an APA Implementation Manager, primarily providing MES and other manufacturing systems to auto industry companies. From 2012 to 2019, Mao held multiple roles at Ford Motor Company, including Regional IT Manager and Lead Project Manager. In these roles, they introduced the Ford IT Operation Model to plants in China and AP, implemented various IT applications, and led global initiatives. Mao's most recent position was as the IT Department Head at Corning Incorporated, where they monitored compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines, aligned IT processes, and achieved budgetary objectives.

Mao Chen completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Hefei University of Technology. This educational journey took place from 2000 to 2004. Later, Mao Chen pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems at Chongqing University. This postgraduate program was undertaken from 2019 to 2022.
