Nathan Booth

Nathan Booth is the Department Head of Optical Fabrication at Corning Incorporated, where they lead initiatives focused on manufacturing process improvement and operational excellence. With a background as a Police Officer at the Saratoga Springs Police Department, Nathan utilized their skills in problem-solving and community engagement to foster a culture of teamwork and empowerment in manufacturing. They also held roles at the Transportation Security Administration and Rain Or Shine Tent Company, shaping a diverse skill set prior to their current position. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Intelligence Analysis from Buffalo State College and continues their education at Schuylerville High School.
