Paul Goodwin

Paul Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Paul started their career at DuPont as a Ballistics Research Co-op in 2008, followed by a role as a Kevlar (R) Spinning Technical Co-op in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Packaging Engineer at PepsiCo - Frito Lay. Goodwin then joined Corning Incorporated in 2011, where they held various positions including Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager, Shift Supervisor, Workforce Development Lead, Manufacturing Excellence Team Section Supervisor, Wind and Automation Engineering Manager, and Plant Operations Leader. Currently, they serve as the Axial Operations Department Head at Corning Incorporated.
