Ellen Corradini

Chief Human Resources Officer at Corning Museum of Glass

Ellen Corradini joined The Corning Museum of Glass as the Manager of Human Resources in February 2000 and later became the Director of HR until her retirement in 2019. In 2022 Ellen returned as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer.

As a member of the Museum's leadership team, she participates in the development and oversight of the Museum’s long-range strategy and goals, including financial planning and staff development.

Before joining CMOG, Corradini held senior human resources roles in both for and not-for-profit organizations in New York and Arizona. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rollins College (Winter Park, FL) in French. Before her retirement, Corradini was a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), board member and chairperson of The Human Resources Association of the Twin Tiers, board member and chair of the board of the Chemung County, NY SPCA, and a board member of the Chemung County Historical Society.
