Erica Droze

Erica Droze is a dedicated professional with a strong background in sustainability and customer service. Currently serving as a Nonprofit Development Intern at GreenLight Solutions Foundation since January 2022, Erica coordinates sustainability workshops and plans biannual retreats for student groups. In addition, Erica has worked as a Server at Cornish Pasty Co since June 2018, showcasing exemplary customer issue resolution skills and being recognized for recruitment into the management team. Previously, as a Senior Sales Ambassador and In Store Trainer at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America from April 2016 to May 2018, Erica hosted educational events on sustainable products and contributed to new hire training. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Scottsdale Community College.
