Ben Reade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ben was most recently the Partner Business Development Lead at Cornwall Insight since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Partner Channel Lead at Pure Planet from July 2021 to February 2022.

Before these roles, Ben held positions at O2 (Telefónica UK) as the Lead Strategic Commercial Partnership Manager from November 2019 to November 2020, where they focused on enhancing the strategic value proposition to O2 customers through negotiations and partnership terms with providers of digital services. Ben also served as the Head of Commercial - Network Operator Relations at Lebara from September 2018 to May 2019, leading strategic deal structuring with international network operators.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at BT as the Global Head of Commercial Operations from August 2016 to July 2018, where they were responsible for renewal and acquisition bid strategy. Ben also served as the Senior Commercial Manager (Strategic Client Acquisition/Retention) at EE from September 2015 to August 2016, leading negotiations for complex contracts and owning the commercial and trading strategy.

Preceding these roles, Ben held positions at TalkTalk Business as the Global Carrier Commercial Manager from January 2006 to June 2011, where they were responsible for complex voice and data deals with global carriers. Ben also worked at Logica as a Business Analyst, bridging technical and business streams for the government sector, and at BP as a Mechanical Engineer during their placement year.

Throughout their career, Ben has demonstrated skills in strategic partnership management, commercial operations, negotiation, and business development.

Ben Reade attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Mechanical Engineering with a focus on manufacturing and quality management. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a degree in Manufacturing: Management and Information Systems at Cranfield University, with a specific focus on manufacturing, management, and systems.
