Jamie Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2004, Jamie worked as an IT Support Assistant at Southlands School for two years before transitioning to an IT Role Out Engineer at Synergize Ltd for a brief period in 2006. In 2007, Jamie worked as a Sales & Lettings Adviser at Charles Living and Son.
From 2008 to 2014, Jamie joined VeriFone as a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst, where they provided technical assistance to customers and handled tasks such as system installations, bug reporting, and transaction reconciliation.
After their time at VeriFone, Jamie moved on to work at Holiday Extras, starting as a Software Tester in 2014 and eventually becoming a Test Lead in 2016. They held these positions until 2020, gaining significant experience in quality assurance and software testing.
Following their tenure at Holiday Extras, Jamie joined Conversion.com as a Quality Assurance Engineer from 2020 to 2021. They then moved to JustPark, initially working as a Quality Engineer from July to October 2021 before being promoted to Senior Quality Engineer. Jamie held this senior role until April 2023.
