Chris Sartori

Chris Sartori is an experienced professional in the brewing industry. Chris started their career in 2006 at Stone Brewing, where they held various positions such as Filler Operator/Bottling Line, Cellar Technician, Brewer, and Senior Brewer Shift Lead. In 2010, they became a Brewhouse Supervisor at Stone Brewing and later transitioned to the role of Brewing Process Manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Chris worked as a Head Brewer at 21st Amendment Brewery. Chris then joined Golden State Cider in 2020 as the Director of Production until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head Brewer at Coronado Brewing Company.

Chris Sartori completed a Certifcate of Brewing from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education in 2012. Prior to that, they received an Associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2004. No specific field of study was mentioned for both education experiences.
