Dean Evans

Dean Evans has a diverse work experience primarily in the mining industry. Dean started their career as a Graduate Process Engineer at CURRAGH QUEENSLAND MINING PTY LTD in January 2013 and worked there until December 2014. Dean then served as a Process Engineer from January 2015 to March 2016 at the same company. From April 2016 to April 2018, Dean held the position of Superintendent CHPP Production at CURRAGH QUEENSLAND MINING PTY LTD. Following that, they joined Coronado Global Resources Inc. in April 2018 and worked as Superintendent CHPP Production for a brief period. Dean then became the Manager Delivery from October 2018 to August 2022. Currently, Dean is the Principal - Resource Optimisation at Coronado Global Resources Inc. starting from August 2022.

Dean Evans obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland in 2012. In 2017, they received a certification in Building & Leading Effective Teams from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
