Llewellyn Smith

Llewellyn Smith has a diverse work experience in the financial and auditing industry. Starting as an Audit Trainee at KPMG South Africa in 2000, they progressed to become a Manager of Audit and Risk Advisory Services at KPMG LLP US in 2003. Llewellyn then returned to KPMG South Africa and held the position of Senior Manager and later became a Partner from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Coronation Fund Managers as the Global Head of Operations and later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2013.

Llewellyn Smith completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Financial Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Cape Town from 1995 to 1998. In 1999, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting with a specialization in Financial Accounting at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
