Nga Vo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nga started their career in 2003 as a Sales and Operations Manager at Vietnam Travelland, where they led and managed a team and handled administrative tasks. Nga then worked as an Assistant Reservations Manager at Ben Thanh Tourist, responsible for hotel and service reservations. In 2006, they became a Freelance Guide & Tour Leader before joining Phoenix Voyages Group as a Tour Operator in the Inbound Division. Nga later became the Contracting Manager, responsible for managing strategic partnerships and being the key point of contact for partners and suppliers. Nga also served as the Group Contracting & Operation Manager at Phoenix Voyages Group, analyzing the market and ensuring accuracy in information input. In 2019, they worked as a Crew Lead at adidas, and in 2023, they became a Brand Ambassador at COROS. Overall, Nga has a strong background in tourism, operations management, and partnerships.

Nga Vo began their education at Viet Giao Intermediate School from 2002 to 2004. During this period, they pursued their studies in Tourism and Travel Services Management. After completing their intermediate education, Nga enrolled at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2006 to 2010. Here, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in International Business/Trade/Commerce.
